Universal voucher

Not sure which experience to choose? Do you choose an experience as a gift and are afraid that you will make the wrong choice? Give your loved ones a universal voucher - they themselves will choose which of the exclusive TEPfactor experiences to use it for.

• Possible voucher values: 500 CZK, 1 000 CZK, 3 000 CZK and 5 000 CZK.
• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase.
• Can be used from the second day after purchase.
• Vouchers, including a tax document, will be sent electronically to your e-mail address as soon as we receive the payment.
• It is possible that the e-mail with the voucher will fall into spam. Check this folder in your email :) as well.
• Payment option: via PayU / online card / bank transfer.
• Value vouchers (per amount) can be cumulated.
• If the full value of the voucher is not used, we will not refund the difference.
